Both our Labs and
GSP's are the 30 year result of searching for that ultimate
hunting partner. The hunt tests are the by-product of
continually striving to improve our performance levels through
consistent training and improved genetic packages. The success
of the individuals we’ve produced and sold, as well as our own,
is very satisfying. We love to get phone calls from owners
announcing new titles or expounding on great days in the field
and marshes. We will continue with our current bloodlines of
Labrador Retrievers breeding only to improve the breed.
Our German Shorthair efforts
now include breeding both American and imported German
bloodlines. We imported two Cronenhoff females the fall of
2003 with Feronhaus Kennels. Our Kessie vom Cronenhoff is
now a two year old and performing with intensity. She will
be hunt tested this spring and then bred to Dr. Ferris' black
import, Arco von Gerstener Wey. See Litters & Puppies for
details.
We will run the Indiana
spring hunt tests, so stop in and say hello. We will also
be at the Indianapolis Sport Vacation and Boat Show at the
fairgrounds February 18th and 19th. Training
demonstrations will be at 12:30 on Saturday and 11:30 on Sunday.
